"Unwind" is a superlative selection of diverse R & B tracks that spanned the last few decades of the twentieth century by artists like The Fugees, Destiny's Child and Toto.
Here, the mixture of cool artists and laid-back grooves takes on a new and livid undertone and the album's effusive melody strikes a definite chord in your soul. Tracks like Deep Forest's "Sweet Lullaby" hit the charts along with "Delicate" by Terence D'Arby just a few years ago. Other tracks like Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing", Sade's "No Ordinary Love" and Des'ree's "You Gotta Be" have a more antiquated touch.
The album is exhilarating and possesses a crisp tone beneath its strong, consistent and rhythmic selection. The selection also covers both spectrums of the groove and all seventeen tracks are pure poetry.
